In November 2023 we began to see Google enable reactions on local photos and some reviews. Nicely, it appears to be rolling out extra extensively now.
Some searchers at the moment are seeing the flexibility to “coronary heart” an area assessment throughout the Google Search and Maps native listings. Google then exhibits this disclaimer popup for “reactions” that reads:
Reactions are used throughout Google, together with Maps & Search.
To take away a response, faucet the response icon once more.

So it appears to be rolling out to extra customers now, in additional native areas inside Google Search and Google Maps.
