One other rumor popping out of the Google Search Console reporting delays is that that is some form of unconfirmed replace is rolling out. Effectively, that isn’t the case in any respect. John Mueller of Google stated this isn’t a core replace and even an unconfirmed core replace.
John Mueller posted on LinkedIn, “To be direct: no, this isn’t an unconfirmed core replace, we’ll announce it when it is time.”
He added that “typically, reporting is unbiased of the method of constructing rating updates.”

And, after all, these confirmed up to date could be documented on the Google Search Status Dashboard unlike reporting delays.
