Google Adverts can present a pleasant variety of sitelinks underneath the advert, as sitelink extensions. However I’ve by no means seen Google present 10 sitelinks underneath a single sponsored itemizing. Google did reply saying “this isn’t meant,” which means that is some bizarre bug.
Anthony Higman shared one instance of this taking place for a seek for tax attorneys or one thing like that. He shared this screenshot on LinkedIn – I used to be unable to copy it:
