Google is testing arrow buttons icons on the finish of the title hyperlink within the search consequence snippets. Google can be testing them in Sitelinks. I suppose it is a technique to talk to searchers which you can click on on the search consequence to go to the online web page…
We have seen related designs earlier than with north east arrows by sitelinks and different arrow formats within the Google search snippets
However now these are direct proper pointed arrows in circle buttons.
