Google appears to be displaying belief scores for some web site entities within the information panel field. It may present a belief rating from APIVoid and ScamAdviser. I can replicate it for some web sites however not for many.
Here’s a screenshot I used to be capable of replicate for a search on the entity of [GoogleWatchBlog]:
You may see it lists each scores from APIVoid and ScamAdviser. APIVoid provides this website a 90% score and ScamAdviser provides it a 75% score.
