Google Search is testing displaying icons and labels within the sitelinks inside the search outcomes snippets. I’m seeing icons for a telephone, price ticket, fork/knife, map pin and knowledge icons.
I noticed this through Sachin Patel on X and I used to be in a position to replicate this for some queries till it stopped working for me.
